Groups
We believe that Group Therapy is a critical component to developing healthy individuals who can take the skills they learn in groups and apply them to their families and communities. It is a form of social therapy producing group dynamics which mirror inter-relational habits and patterns outside of the therapeutic setting. Our therapists are committed to fostering a culture of cohesiveness, support, and integration.
Groups can address a wide variety of topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, communication deficits, substance abuse, archetypal patterns, pain management, spirituality, mindfulness, anger management, parenting, creative therapeutic story-telling, and much more.
